Submitting a case
1: Conduct the initial examination to determine if the patient is a candidate.
2: Make a quality impression using a polyvinyl siloxane impression material.
3: Select the anterior teeth you want corrected.
4: Mark the information on the prescription form.
5: Send the prescription, bite registration and impression to the lab. Include an opposing model if only doing a single arch.
6: Receive the ClearSmile system
7: Do IPR (Interproximal reduction) if needed provided by the lab and deliver trays
